What’s the difference between IAM and CIAM?

Most IT Security teams have supported IAM solutions for many years.  With the new customer data governance requirements, marketing stakeholders are often turning to the IAM experts to help plan, deploy and support Customer IAM solutions.

For this event, we will highlight and discuss some of the key differences your IAM team may need to consider as you look to support these new stakeholders.

We have also asked one of the leading CIAM vendors, Ping Identity, to present their solution and review how marketing and IT Security teams can benefit from Customer IAM capabilities.

Ping Identity will highlight how Information Technology and Marketing Professionals can benefit from CIAM

  • Streamlined customer experience
  • Consistent look and feel across multichannel experiences
  • Advanced login options
  • Balance customer privacy with the value of their user data
  • Adopt consent strategies that are founded on standards
  • Stay current with today’s revolving door of global regulations
