Services Warranty

Customers and PathMaker Group will negotiate and enter into written agreements regarding statements of work, service level agreements, remedies, acceptance criteria, information confidentiality and security requirements, and other terms specific to their Purchase Orders under the Contract with Vendor.  Generally, deliverables will be deemed accepted by Customers unless, within the acceptance period specified in the SOW, Client rejects the deliverable in a written notice to PathMaker Group.  Any support or consulting services provided shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally accepted industry practices. The warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from acceptance.

Product Return Policy

Product returns shall be governed by the Product manufacturer’s warranty and return material authorization policies in effect at the time of Product return.

Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) Accessibility

Information regarding Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) accessibility of this vendor’s offerings is included in the contract. Agencies purchasing products or services are responsible for complying with Texas EIR Accessibility statute and rules, as defined in TGC 2054 Subchapter M, 1TAC 206, and 1 TAC 213.
